Koa Training Academy

Koa Training Academy offers training in boxing, strength and conditioning, muay thai, MMA, and yoga. The program includes a variety of programs for both kids and adults and is described as more than just a martial arts school, but as a community. Its philosophy is based on the principles of respect, self-discipline, and perseverance, and it emphasizes a positive and supportive environment where students can learn and grow both on and off the mat. State-of-the-art facilities include spacious training areas, top-of-the-line equipment, and amenities such as showers and locker rooms, and the facilities are regularly cleaned and maintained to support hygiene and safety.

Since 2013, Koa Training Academy has served the Bay Area community by providing martial arts and fitness training. Experienced instructors provide personalized attention and guidance. The academy also organizes community events, seminars, and competitions to foster camaraderie and teamwork among its members.
