1974 Newark FC offers youth soccer competition, recreation soccer, and technical training, including technical and strength and conditioning programs. Players can take part in Spring and Fall recreation seasons with weekly practice sessions, tournaments such as the NFC Tournament Series, Summer Cup, Winter Invitational, and Newark Cup, as well as summer and winter camps. The club also runs a 5v5 turf soccer program in the summer and winter and a Lil' Strikers intro soccer program that uses engaging, kid-themed drills and an inflatable soccer arena.

• Schedule: NFC x JE Technical Program sessions run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in either a 3:00–4:00 pm or 4:00–5:00 pm time slot; Lil' Strikers registration includes seven or eight sessions depending on the offering, and camps run as a 4-day program
1974 Newark FC has been serving the East Bay community since 1974 and is described as the East Bay’s largest premium soccer experience. The club’s competitive program is for dedicated athletes ages 8–19 and includes leagues such as NorCal Premier, ECNL, ECNL-RL, and Girls Academy, with selection that considers physical ability, passion, work ethic, sportsmanship, and positive attitude. Competitive teams train with highly qualified coaches who are committed to continuous learning, and the Lil' Strikers program is guided by professional trainers. The NFC x JE Technical Program is offered in partnership with JE Football Training, and players are offered technical and strength and conditioning programs alongside high-level platforms. Spring and Fall recreation seasons include weekly practice with professional trainers, complimentary player photos, end-of-season participation awards, high-quality uniforms, and an organized team experience, and Lil' Strikers registration includes a commemorative Lil' Strikers T-shirt. The 5v5 turf program is an indoor program with 5v5 matches, a maximum of 9 players per team, and full-sized futsal goals except for the U8 division. Newark Football Club is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that is run by volunteers and hosts the Newark Cup in close partnership with elementary schools in the Newark Unified School District, where schools form both girls and boys teams from their student body. The club states a mission of building a strong community of young athletes who are passionate about soccer and committed to excellence on and off the field, with core values of Humility, Growth mindset, Community/Teamwork, Dedication, Resilience, and Excellence, and aims to be the premier youth soccer club in Northern California while providing a fun and safe environment and a culture of respect, growth, and teamwork.
