• Ages: 2–12 years old
• Schedule: Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Town & Country Day School operates with trained, professional staff and is California State Licensed. It is a highly rated Quality Start Riverside County partner with a Four-Star rating and maintains standards in child observation, health and child development, teacher training and education, positive teacher-child interactions, teacher-child ratio, environment, and director training and education. The leadership team includes Executive Director Betty Bash, Program Director Carla Reyes, Curriculum Director Noemy Cabrera, Assistant Director Jenny Duran, Teacher Dany Martinez, Kindergarten Teacher Arcelia Ramos, Facilities Director Kevin Bash, and Garden Master Heather Renteria. The school’s mission is to provide excellent and affordable educational opportunities for every child to develop to their full potential: mind, body and spirit. Town & Country Day School opened its doors in 1963, was established in 1961, has served the community for over 50 years, and is the oldest same owner business in Norco. It is the first state licensed preschool and day-care center in the Norco–Corona area and is one of the few private facilities to attain a Four-Star Quality Start rating.

Town & Country Day School describes itself as Riverside County’s and the Inland Empire’s most unique early childhood development center and program, with comprehensive, age-appropriate educational programming and parent involvement welcome at all levels. The campus includes 5 acres of green grass and trees, outdoor and indoor classrooms, gardens, state-of-the-art play systems, unique outdoor playgrounds and classrooms, green areas with plentiful trees, and open space. Children have safe spaces to get their hands dirty planting seeds and trees and, in a short time, eat their harvest. Skilled teachers use the indoor and outdoor classrooms, gardens, and open space and speak one-on-one with children, guiding them with a curriculum that includes conversation, stories, exploration, singing, and creative play. Enrollment is limited, class sizes are small, and the program lists a safe environment, an age-appropriate challenging curriculum, and trained professional staff as key features. The school accepts private pay, offers income-based early learning scholarships, and participates in a Parental Choice Program with eligibility and need-based criteria (CAPP & GAIN). Ages 2–12, preschool, transitional kindergarten, and kindergarten are now enrolling. Betty and Allen are described as early childhood education pioneers for creating academic programs, inventive play systems, and the school’s grounds.

Town & Country Day School is a proud partner of Quality Start Riverside County and has a long record of community involvement. It has provided over 200 team sponsorships for groups such as Norco Little League, Norco Girls Softball, Norco High FFA, JFK Middle College, Norco College, 100 Mile Club, Kiwanis, George Ingalls Veteran's Memorial, Norco High Tennis Team, Norco Horsemen's Association Horse Week, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, George Ingalls JRAFROTC Scholarship, and the Mounted Posse. Each year, Town & Country awards a scholarship to a graduating Norco High School student who attended Town & Country as a child.
