The program’s mission statement is that children grow, explore, and discover through play. Children have fresh air and fun outside every day, with up to 3 hours a day playing outdoors. Hot home-style meals are cooked fresh every day, with nut-free breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon snacks prepared on-site and fresh fruits and vegetables on the menu.

The program focuses on social and emotional readiness through interactive play and uses positive communication to teach reflection and respect. Each classroom has two teachers, and child-to-teacher ratios are low, with significantly lower ratios for younger age groups, in some cases half of what the state requires. Directors and teachers are described as highly qualified educators with experience and degrees in early childhood education, psychology, and related fields, and their average stay ranges between 5–10 years, with the Director being there for over a decade.

The center uses an exclusive electronic security system with instant access to each child’s medical information, arrival and departure times, and authorized pickup names, and the system allows only authorized personnel into the building. Security cameras are in place, and sparkling classrooms are kept clean by on-site cleaners. The program blends school preparation with a personalized learning journey, holds parent conferences twice yearly, and parents regularly participate in classroom activities. It is described as a family-oriented center that emphasizes the home-school connection, has tenured, educated teachers, and partners with parents for potty training. The weekly music program is included in tuition, and music sessions include singing, movement, and rhythm to develop language, motor, and spatial skills, along with specialized enrichment classes to boost skill set and confidence and deepen friendships. Neighborhood field trips include visits to the local grocery store and the post office, along with in-house visitors such as firefighters and magicians.
