Music Lab Northridge offers drum, guitar, bass guitar, piano, voice, violin, ukulele, saxophone, clarinet, flute, and trumpet lessons. Students take weekly one-on-one sessions that focus on a single instrument with an instructor. Teaching rooms are equipped so that both the student and instructor have their own instrument during lessons.

Instructors at Music Lab Northridge are educated from music schools such as Berklee College of Music and Cal State Northridge, and many are professionally endorsed and very experienced. The instructional staff are described as top professional musicians from the Southern California area, and each instructor specializes in a different style and has experience teaching music. The program is owned by Sergey Lysak.
Teaching rooms are described as clean, acoustically sound, inspiring, motivating, and comfortable, and are equipped with high quality instruments and equipment in large, spacious studio rooms. Rooms are equipped with all the essentials, allowing the student and instructor to each have their own instrument.
