Bay Island Gymnastics offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, competitive team gymnastics, Ninja Warriors classes, summer camps, and birthday parties. The facility includes equipment specialized for all sizes and skill levels, from tiny preschool-aged children just learning to walk to advanced competitive gymnasts training difficult skills, along with an indoor playground that features multiple trampolines, a foam pit, and the Sky High Swing.

• Schedule: Bay Island office hours are Monday–Friday 1:30–7:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm
The program’s stated mission is to realize and nurture the individual needs and goals of each participant by focusing on safety, progression, and healthy activity in all aspects of its programs, with the goal of developing happier and healthier kids through fitness and fun, and the phrase “Every child is a STAR at Bay Island Gymnastics.” Instructors are certified USA Gymnastics Instructors or Professional Coaches, are Safety/Risk Management Certified, Safe-Sport Credentialed, and Professional Development Accredited. The facility includes free wi-fi for parents, a work/study area upstairs for competitive athletes, and a pro-shop to purchase leotards, and birthday party staff assist with setup, entertain guests, serve cake, and handle all the clean up.
