Bay Island Gymnastics offers gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, and competitive team gymnastics. The program also offers Ninja Warriors classes, summer camps, and birthday parties. The facility includes an indoor playground with multiple trampolines, a foam pit, and the sky high swing, along with equipment specialized for all sizes and skill levels.

The facility is 18,500 square feet and includes free wi-fi for parents, a work/study area upstairs for competitive athletes, and a pro-shop to purchase leotards. Birthday party staff assist with setup, entertain guests, serve cake, and handle all the clean up. Instructors are certified USA Gymnastics Instructors or Professional Coaches, Safety/Risk Management Certified, Safe-Sport Credentialed, and Professional Development Accredited. The stated mission is to realize and nurture the individual needs and goals of each participant by focusing on safety, progression, and healthy activity in all aspects of the programs offered, with the goal of developing happier and healthier kids through fitness and fun, and the belief that every child is a star.
