Park Gymnastics is a Montclair family owned and operated gym with two gym spaces on Park Blvd. Programming includes recreational gymnastics for beginners ages 2–8, intermediates and advanced gymnasts ages 6–9, and Pre-Team and Xcel Competitive gymnastics. The summer camp is an all-day program for rising Kindergarten–3rd grade campers who are 5–9 years old, with small group sizes broken up by age (5–6 and 7+), a camp size of 20 gymnasts per week, and a low camper-to-coach ratio. Campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day of camp, entering Kindergarten for the Fall 2026–27 school year, and able to use the bathroom independently. Campers walk to Dimond Park for lunch every afternoon and have outdoor time there during lunch. Families are asked to send campers with a water bottle, packed lunch, a snack, sunscreen, a leotard with an extra change of clothes, and sun protection such as a hat for outdoor play.
Park Gymnastics has an experienced team of USA Gymnastics (USAG) certified coaches and professional USAG-certified staff, led by Coach Anne, Owner and Gym Director. The mission of Park Gymnastics is to prioritize health and fitness through skill-based gymnastics education, fostering physical, cognitive, and social development in children from toddler through elementary school age, with a goal of empowering every child to develop confidence, self-esteem, and a love for gymnastics. Coach Anne started Mommy & Me Gymnastics with her oldest daughter in Fall 2021, opened Park Gymnastics to families in Fall 2024, and expanded to a second gym space and a competitive team program in Summer 2025. The gym describes itself as loving its community and wanting to build a supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
