Triple Threat Academy

Triple Threat Academy offers camps, group classes, and Jamba League play. Camps are offered during summer vacation and on Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks, and group classes run year-round in 8-week sessions with 80-minute classes.

About the provider

Triple Threat Academy started in 2003. The program says it aims to give every student a positive experience and help kids learn basketball, build confidence, and develop skills in a secure environment. It says its basketball camps and clinics are nationally recognized, has been voted “Best Camp in the Bay Area” multiple times, and has been inducted into the Bay Area Parent Hall of Fame.

Classes are offered by level and kids are broken up by age and skill. The site says it is not super strict on ages and is more concerned that kids are in the correct class for their skill level. It says space is limited and kids can join at any time before registration closes if space permits, with prorated pricing. Camps group kids first by age, then by gender and then by skills, with a camper-to-coach ratio of 9 to 1. There is no extra care for camps and pickup takes place promptly when camp ends.
