White Dragon Martial Arts

White Dragon Martial Arts offers training in Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, self defense, kickboxing, MMA, grappling, and lion dance. The program includes both group classes and personal training sessions, with private training areas and heavy bags and focus equipment available. Participants can receive a free one-week pass that includes a free personal training session and a free week of classes.

Established in 1985, White Dragon Martial Arts is one of Southern California’s oldest and largest martial arts schools and has grown to 7 locations serving San Diego County over the past 30 years. The program offers over 50 classes per week, is open up to seven days, and provides access to multiple locations at no additional cost. Children’s programs are available for ages 4 and up, along with martial arts for adults and seniors, all following an organized, well-rounded curriculum with values-based instruction. Certified instructors with background checks lead the classes, and the leadership team includes Founder Master Nathan Fisher, Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, Great Grandmaster Hu Yuen Chou, and Chief Instructors. The program states a mission to provide complete hands-on personal and group training so that students can reach further, excel faster, and become masters of their own path.
