American Karate offers martial arts, fitness, and cardio kickboxing classes. The program includes Kinder Karate starting at age 3.5 years, continuing through childhood with Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced classes, and into adulthood with an Adult Class and Cardio Kickboxing. The dojo states that it has all kinds of students and that everyone is welcome.
