About
Kids Ministry & Vacation Bible School includes Sunday School for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a fun and engaging Bible lesson. Toddlers and Pre-K children have loving care, music, and a Bible story geared to their age group. The program also includes Vacation Bible School called “Kingdom Quest, An Epic Adventure to Discover God's Kingdom,” Messy Church with games, crafts, music, an interactive message and a meal, Cub Scouts, and summer and winter camps and retreats.

• Schedule: Sunday School for Kindergarten through 5th grade meets Sunday mornings at 11am; Vacation Bible School runs July 9–11; Messy Church generally happens every month there is no VBS or other family experience planned; midweek worship “Food For Thought” is every Wednesday at 6pm; Scripture journaling meets Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8am–9am; check-in and prayer with a pastor is Thursdays at noon PDT
Kids Ministry includes parents as partners in their child's faith formation. Kids take part in outreach projects that impact local and faraway communities, including making Thanksgiving goodie bags for kids at the shelter, collecting shoes through Soles4Souls, and raising money for Heifer International. The church’s mission states that it is inspired by Jesus to love, is a diverse, intergenerational gathering of men, women, and children who love the Lord and want to make a difference in the Antelope Valley and beyond, and seeks to help families of all shapes and sizes experience God's blessing in their lives. The church practices “open doors, open hearts, open minds” and welcomes people of diverse backgrounds and situations.
The broader church community involvement includes a monthly feeding outreach, providing non-perishable food to those in need, and connecting with the Valley Oasis Shelter. The church is involved in the fight against human trafficking in the Antelope Valley with an inter-church Social Justice Team. It helps send children to school through The Guatemala Project, participates in short-term mission trips to Guatemala every year, supports the ministry by buying gifts handmade in Guatemala, and helps eradicate malaria through the Imagine No Malaria movement.
