About
LIFT Enrichment Healthy Culinary Workshops is an after-school enrichment program where students take part in healthy cooking activities. Workshops use a standardized curriculum that focuses on nutrition, simple ingredients, and popular recipes students enjoy. Sessions include cooking with vegetables such as zucchini, cauliflower, spinach, and bell peppers, and combine hands-on cooking with lessons about culture, nutrition, and practical cooking skills. Workshops can take place in any classroom with sink access, and the program brings a portable culinary kit and ingredients so no kitchen is required.
