About
Imagina Daycare Spanish Immersion Program offers a play-based, child-centered Spanish immersion experience that includes art, science, math, language, social skills, music, physical skills, and sensory development. Children take part in activities such as blocks, sand, clay, water, story-telling, dramatic play, outdoor exploration, music and movement, outdoor play, sensory exploration, educational games, painting, drawing, crafting, meditation, life and earth science experiments, and art projects. The program takes place in a nurturing, bilingual environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia school and education for life approach, with a focus on creative play in Spanish and an immersive environment for Spanish language and culture.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a Summer Camp session from June 24th to August 2nd
Imagina Daycare Spanish Immersion Program is an early childhood and nursery Spanish immersion daycare that has been open for over 12 years. The program includes home-made Mediterranean-style cooking for children’s daily meals, with nutritious organic meals provided each day, along with two snacks that include two food groups, fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and no trans fats. Nearly all the children that have been at Imagina have entered a local public school as native Spanish speakers. The mission of the program is to provide the best possible care and overall rewarding experience for families and their children.
The program is led by Esther, the owner of Imagina Daycare, who has been involved in Early Childhood Development for over 15 years in the Bay Area. Esther previously worked in local preschool centers in San Mateo and Los Gatos as a Spanish enrichment teacher and is licensed as a Family Day Care owner. The daycare is staffed by an experienced daycare team.
