OFJCC Leslie Family Preschool describes itself as an innovative, play-based Jewish preschool that offers regular and extended care, camps and Hebrew immersion options for children 18 months through five years. Its constructivist education is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and is rooted in play-based inquiry and discovery, with a focus on nurturing children’s curiosity and creativity through play and experiential learning in a caring and beautiful environment. The preschool states that it celebrates the Jewish tradition of inquiry, fosters Jewish values and traditions, welcomes families of diverse backgrounds and faiths, and honors each child's individuality.

The program features specialty educators as a central part of the preschool experience, including Gardening Specialist Debbie Togliatti, who leads the gardening program, and physical education activities with Jessica Guinn that support children’s physical development. Music is described as a major part of the preschool. The Ulpanon Hebrew immersion program is available for three- and four-year-olds to experience Hebrew language and Israeli culture, and the Yad B' Yad parent-participation program serves toddlers and their parents.

By being part of the Oshman Family JCC community, enrolled families have access to swim lessons, camps, the Jeff Center for Families space, Blossom Birth classes, family programs, holiday and community events, lectures, concerts, Jewish learning classes, and a fitness center. The OFJCC also offers programs beyond the preschool, including prenatal yoga, swim lessons, and family volunteering. The preschool is licensed under License #434410805.
