Ranger Taekwondo

Ranger Taekwondo offers Olympic style Taekwondo and Olympic Sparring, along with intense circuit training. The program combines Olympic style Taekwondo with modern fitness techniques and goal-based training that is monitored through measurable, observable, and repeatable exercises. Training focuses on physical fitness, agility, and proper technique.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Adult program classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:45pm, with a 3-weeks-free offer for adults, and a trial option of 6 classes
• Price: $89 for 6 trial classes

Ranger Taekwondo was established in March 2016 by founders Dennis and Ben Moon, who have taught Taekwondo for four decades and have a combined 60 years of Taekwondo experience. The leadership team includes Master Dennis Moon, a 6th Degree Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon and former Sergeant in the United States Army’s Special Operations Command with the 75th Ranger Regiment, and Master Ben Moon, a 6th Degree Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon and a US Army veteran of the 1st and 4th Infantry Divisions. Both instructors are proud US Army veterans, and the program combines Army core values with Olympic style Taekwondo. Master Ben Moon is a 2-time USA Taekwondo Nationals Competitor (2014 and 2006), a 3-time USA Taekwondo National Qualifier (2014, 2009, and 2006), a 1-time AAU California State Champion (2007), a 1-time Collegiate Pac-West Champion (2006), and a 3-time Korean National Sports Festival Champion (2009, 2007, and 2005). Ranger Taekwondo states that all ages and all levels are welcome, and it offers an adult program with 3 weeks free and a Trial Class Special waitlist that is open at $89 for 6 trial classes, which includes a free uniform. The program describes itself as being part of a community for children and adults to learn and train in a safe space.
