Ranger Taekwondo

Ranger Taekwondo offers children classes for ages 4-6 and 7-12, plus a teen and adult class for ages 13+. The program includes Taekwondo skills, practical self-defense, strength, agility, coordination, discipline, focus, flexibility, conditioning, balance, respect, and self-confidence. It also offers customized training for teens and adults focused on self-defense, fitness, personal growth, strength, endurance, and Black Belt goals.

Programs

• Children Class: Age 4-6 — 4-6 · Focuses on strength, agility, coordination, practical self-defense, fundamental Taekwondo skills, respect, and self-confidence.
• Children Class: Age 7-12 — 7-12 · Specialized program for children that promotes discipline, mental agility, focus, muscle development, flexibility, conditioning, balance, respect, and a solid moral compass.
• Teen & Adult Class: Age 13+ — 13+ · Customized training for teens and adults focused on self-defense, fitness, personal growth, strength, endurance, and Black Belt goals.

At a glance

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• General schedule: Classes five days a week, Monday through Friday. Each student must attend at least two classes per week to progress in their training.

About the provider

Ranger Taekwondo was established in March 2016. The founders and instructors are Dennis Moon and Ben Moon. Master Dennis Moon and Master Ben Moon are both 6th Degree Black Belts certified by Kukkiwon and have over 30 years of experience each. The school combines Army core values with Olympic-style Taekwondo and modern fitness techniques.

All ages and all levels welcome. Holiday closures listed: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Spring Break (to coincide with PAUSD Spring Break), Memorial Day Weekend, Juneteenth, Summer Break (July 4th week), Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Break, Holiday Break.
