Junior Golf Programs includes Summer Junior Golf Camps that focus on golf through Junior Golf Instruction & Coaching. Participants spend time on the driving range, on the putting green, in short game areas, and on the golf course with the Baylands Golf Professional Staff. The Summer Junior Golf Camps use a maximum ratio of 6:1 junior-to-instructor.

• Schedule: 5-day camps, with Summer sessions running from 8:15 am to 11:30 am
• Price: Youth on Course provides its 120,000+ members with access to play over 1,500 golf courses for $5 or less
The Baylands Instruction Team has more than 40 years of teaching experience. Baylands Golf Links offers a variety of Junior Golf Programs for all age groups and skill levels, and states that golf is a lifelong sport to enjoy with friends and family that teaches responsibility, self control, comradery, sportsmanship, character, and respect. The First Tee of Silicon Valley is described as a youth development program that builds character, instills life-enhancing values, and promotes healthy choices through the game of golf, and Youth on Course is described as providing young people with support through career prep, leadership, and scholarship programs. The municipal course is operated by the City of Palo Alto as part of its Baylands Nature Preserve District, and was originally founded in the mid-1950s as the Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course, a William F. Bell design that opened in 1956.
