USSD Palo Alto Karate

USSD Palo Alto Karate offers martial arts training in Kempo Karate and Shaolin Kenpo, which combine elements of Japanese Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu, and JiuJitsu. The program includes self defense training along with one-on-one personal training, private lessons, team lessons, and group lessons. Beginners learn self defense techniques they can use from the start of their training.

USSD Palo Alto Karate provides one-on-one training with a USSD black belt sensei and instruction from professional instructors. The studio offers a combination of private, team, and group lessons for adults, teens, and children, and can set up a free 30-minute introductory tour and class. All students receive a uniform and belt, school patches, an instructional manual, a student DVD, and a USSD T-shirt, along with a weekly private lesson and unlimited group classes. The program states that whether families want kids or adults to become more confident, focused, or disciplined, or to find a fun family activity, the staff is there to help.
