OFJCC Youth Fitness & Aquatics Programs include aquatics activities such as youth swim lessons, youth swim team, lap swim, swim team, adult swim classes for ages 16 and up, and a lifeguard training course. The program also offers a wide range of fitness options including cardio, HIIT, cycling, dance fitness, Zumba, strength training, BODYPUMP, Pilates, yoga, barre, mobility and stretch, youth fitness training, youth training, personal training, Reformer Pilates, small group training, and sports medicine, massage, and recovery services. Additional activities include pickleball, the OFCC Triathlon Challenge, Basketball Basics for grades 3–8, a Balance and Stability Workshop, and other training and fitness classes for kids, adults, and families.

OFJCC Youth Fitness & Aquatics Programs are part of an award-winning fitness offering that includes more than 100 classes a week for different styles and needs. The program uses state-of-the-art technology with cardio, strength, mind-body, recovery, and self-care equipment, including leading-edge equipment used by professional athletes. Amenities available to participating families include sauna, steam room, hot showers, secure on-site parking, and access to hundreds of JCC programs. The program uses indoor and outdoor fitness facilities with indoor and outdoor year-round warm water and includes intergenerational membership that spans all ages and backgrounds. Families can use the MyiClubOnline portal to register for fitness programs, schedule, purchase, and receive reminders for personal training and other appointments, and update appointments or enrollment up to 24 hours ahead of time. Each adult is required to sign a waiver and can add up to three minors who are on their account before coming to campus for the first time.
