Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley offers enriching programs in academics, health and wellness, and character and leadership for children and teens. The program operates at multiple Club and school-based sites and focuses on out-of-school time with dedicated youth spaces and professional mentorship from trained youth development staff.

• Schedule: After-school hours on weekdays, generally from early afternoon until early evening
• Price: Membership is $100 annually, with scholarships available and no child turned away due to financial need

Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley is a private nonprofit founded in 1995 and is governed by a local volunteer board. It serves over 1,600 youth at 11 sites in Butte and Glenn Counties and employs over 100 youth development professionals, supported by more than 500 community volunteers. The organization’s mission is to inspire and enable all young people to reach their full potential as responsible, productive and caring citizens. It has been audited and endorsed by the Grand Jury as a proven program, is a Platinum participant through GuideStar/Candid, is compliant with the Office of State Assembly, serves as a training site for Boys & Girls Clubs and other after school programs, and is recognized as a model program for youth development best practices. The leadership team includes Chief Executive Officer Rashell Brobst and Chief Operations Officer Joe Hejl, along with directors and coordinators overseeing human resources, case management, development, finance, mission support, office services, accounting and payroll, special events, Clubhouses, teen centers, school sites, and juvenile hall programs.
