Coaching staff are USTPR and RSPA Certified Coaches and are USTA Safe Play Approved, and a High Performance Coach leads high level training. Loaner equipment is available, players and coaches are the only ones allowed on the courts, and the program has a “You won't lose the class” policy when a child misses a class and notifies the program, with classes rescheduled or credited if canceled due to inclement weather or poor air quality.
