About

The Youth Sports Program includes CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, adaptive fitness, fun drills, games, and skill-focused activities. Each class uses these activities as part of the regular training sessions.

• Ages: 8–18 years old

The Youth Sports Program is guided by certified coaches. The leadership team includes Heath (Coach, Co-Owner), Coach Z (Coach), Coach Jay (Coach), and Coach Liseth (Coach). The mission of the program is to integrate CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and adaptive fitness for kids and teens of all backgrounds, with a focus on motor skills, teamwork, and confidence, and to offer fitness that is accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse youth and teens. The program states that every participant gains friendships, athletic skills, and lifelong healthy habits. It is described as designed for inclusivity, serving neurodiverse youth and young adults in a safe, judgment-free setting, with a supportive, inclusive environment that emphasizes skill, confidence, and fun rather than competition. Every child begins with a meet-and-greet to understand their goals and strengths, and each class is tailored to the participant’s age and ability level.

The program offers group sessions for children ages 8–13, and for ages 14 and up, training is recommended in the standard CrossFit program. It is described as an inclusive youth sports program and as adaptive fitness for neurodiverse youth and young adults. A free trial class for kids is available. The program notes partnerships with local organizations and programs for neurodiverse youth, which are described as creating meaningful connections and uplifting those who need it most.
