About
Paso Robles Youth Arts Center offers classes in art, dance, music, theatre, and culinary arts. In the JUSTIN Culinary Arts Teaching Kitchen, students receive hands-on instruction in cooking, nutrition, and food preparation.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–6:30 pm
The mission of Paso Robles Youth Arts Center is “enriching lives through the arts.” The program describes itself as a community effort to support critical arts education. Phase one of the expansion is complete with the new JUSTIN Culinary Arts Teaching Kitchen, and there are plans to break ground on a new building in May 2026 that will add over 4,000 square feet of classroom space for local youth. A total of $1.5 million has been raised by 144 donors, with $2 million left to complete the expansion, and all donations are tax deductible. The founder is Donna Berg, who is quoted as saying, “IF YOU CAN GIVE YOUR CHILD ONLY ONE GIFT, LET IT BE THE ARTS.”
