Special Olympics Northern California Sports Programs

Special Olympics Northern California Programs offers training and competitions in 11 sports, inclusive schools programs, health and wellness activities, and leadership training. The programs use sports to jumpstart change and spark joy, and unite people with and without intellectual disabilities to create a more connected community. These programs are free and run year-round for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Special Olympics Northern California is dedicated to promoting inclusion and empowering children and adults with intellectual disabilities both on and off the field. The organization is authorized and accredited by Special Olympics, Inc. for the benefit of persons with intellectual disabilities. Its programs transform athletes into leaders and promote acceptance, unity, and respect throughout Northern California.
