Studio A

Studio A is a dance program that takes place in a 4,500 square foot facility with three large studios named FOSSE COMMONS, BALANCHINE ATELIER, and ASTAIRE ROOM. Each studio has floating marley and wood floors and state of the art sound systems, and there are large observation windows in each studio for families to watch class. The facility also includes an expansive newly renovated waiting area with a homework table, viewing monitors in the lobby, dressing areas for dancers, ample parking, and a variety of restaurants close by.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Thursday 3:00–7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm

Studio A is directed by Aggie Eidson and was established in 1998 under her direction. Studio A has just celebrated its 26th year as a premier dance studio in the Bay Area, having been established in 1998. The program states that it is dedicated to providing the highest quality dance instruction in a positive learning environment which recognizes and promotes the individuality of each dancer, encourages the development of creative expression, and fosters the self-esteem of each student. Studio A has been voted Best of the East Bay by Diablo Magazine and has also been nominated for KRON 4 “Best of the Bay.”
