Mach Martial Arts

Mach Martial Arts offers Little Tigers for ages 4 to 7 years old, with basic taekwondo foundation building. It also offers Dynamic Taekwondo for ages 8 to 14 years old, with taekwondo training and life skills like focus, discipline, and respect. Adult Taekwondo is offered for ages 14 years old and older.

• Adult Taekwondo — 14 years old and older · Focused on stress release and establishing a healthy mind and body through the habits of martial artist lifestyle.
• Black Belt — Certified black belts under Kukkiwon and Mach Martial Arts · Focuses on self awareness and mastery through high level taekwondo training.
• Team Mach — Competition Team for athletes looking to compete at the highest level of taekwondo and potentially represent the USA National Team.
• Assistant Instructor Program — For certified black belts who want to contribute to the next generation of martial artists by sharing their knowledge through leadership skills gained through their martial arts journey.

The program’s mission is to teach self-respect, self-love, self-esteem, self-belief, and self-confidence. Its policies note that beginners are welcome to start anytime, the programs cater to all levels, initial recommendation is classes twice a week to build a solid foundation, and family classes and women’s self-defense classes are offered.
