Mach Martial Arts

Mach Martial Arts offers martial arts classes that include Taekwondo, Little Tigers, Dynamic Taekwondo, Adult Taekwondo, Black Belt, family classes, women’s self-defense classes, and other self-defense and martial arts training. The program includes a free trial class and offers programs that welcome beginners at any time.

Mach Martial Arts states a mission “TO TEACH: Self-Respect | Self-Love | Self-Esteem | Self-Belief | Self-Confidence.” The Little Tigers program is for ages 4–7 years old and focuses on building gross motor skills, intellectual skills, emotional skills, and social skills development through basic Taekwondo foundation building. Dynamic Taekwondo is for ages 8–14 years old and focuses on building leadership skill through Taekwondo training and equips them with life skills like focus, discipline, respect, and more. Adult Taekwondo is for ages 14 years old and older and focuses on stress release and establishing a healthy mind and body through the habits of a martial artist lifestyle. The Black Belt program is for certified black belts under Kukkiwon and Mach Martial Arts and focuses on self awareness and mastery through high level Taekwondo training. The program offers an inclusive learning environment that supports students of all ages and fitness levels, family classes that allow family members to train together, and self-defense classes specifically designed for women. It notes flexible class schedules, a safe and clean setting, and recommends attending classes twice a week initially. The program states that its martial arts programs align with objectives of improving concentration and focus, and that Taekwondo is presented as a healthy activity that counteracts screen time. Members have reported seeing improvements in as little as 7 days.

One parent described Mach Martial Arts as a very good school with “awesome staffs,” saying the instructors are great with kids, encouraging for shy kids, and that they motivate kids by giving examples and explaining to them. Another parent called it a fantastic school and shared that their daughter has been a member for over two years, that it has given her a great sense of confidence, and that they appreciate every instructor and assistant and are glad she is pursuing her black belt.
