Top Performance Basketball is a youth basketball program where players take part in weekly practices, skills training, scrimmages, games, tournaments, and workouts. During the 2026 Summer Session, each team has weekly practices and plays in 2–3 tournaments per month. Practices, games, and tournaments are held at gyms listed on the TPB Crossbar portal, where practice times, gym locations, and tournament dates are updated in real time.

Top Performance Basketball was founded in 2017 and has been in the Tri-Valley for 9 years. The program is described as a premier youth basketball program in the Tri-Valley, serving Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, and Dublin, and is locally rooted in the Tri-Valley area. Its mission is stated as: “Develop the player. Develop the person. Developing role models through the game of basketball. A positive, high-energy environment where young athletes learn life skills — confidence, discipline, resilience — that extend far beyond the court.” The program focuses on skill development, confidence, discipline, and character through the game of basketball, with a mission focus on confidence, discipline, and resilience as life skills that extend beyond the court.
The program offers options for every age from a 2nd-grader’s first league to a high schooler pursuing a roster spot. Its flagship 8-week Summer Session is described as having a real season structure, real game footage, and real growth. The Rising Stars League is described as a first basketball league for 1st–4th graders in Livermore. Top Performance Basketball also runs high-energy multi-day TPB Basketball Camps that include skills, scrimmages, and competition, as well as drop-in pay-as-you-go workouts and games with no commitment.
Every coach is background-screened before stepping on the court. The founder, Jeros Domagas (Coach Jeros), played 3 years of varsity basketball at Amador Valley High School, earned a scholarship to play at Aurora University (a Division III school near Chicago, Illinois), spent 3 years as an assistant coach for the varsity basketball team at Dublin High School, and spent the previous 8 years serving as a coach at Foothill High School. Players from the program have gone on to compete at high schools across the Tri-Valley, play at the collegiate level, and professionally overseas.
The program’s Crossbar portal provides real-time updates for schedule, practice times, gym locations, and tournament dates. Sibling and multi-program discounts are available. An official Team Shop offers jerseys, shooting shirts, hoodies, shorts, bags, and hats that are officially licensed for Top Performance Basketball and ship nationwide.
