10th Planet Poway Kids Martial Arts Programs include Kids Jiu Jitsu, Kids Muay Thai, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai / Kickboxing, Poway Wrestling, and Private Lessons. The program takes place in bright, clean, and safe facilities at 10th Planet Poway Jiu Jitsu.
• Ages: 4–15 years old
10th Planet Poway Jiu Jitsu was established in 2018 and has been building a reputation as one of the premiere Jiu Jitsu academies in Southern California. 10th Planet Academies have trained MMA Champions, Ultimate Fighting Superstars, IBJJF World Champions, ADCC World Medalists, and more, and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu has over 180 locations opened to date. 10th Planet Poway offers world class No-Gi Jiu Jitsu training for all levels and has a unique emphasis on No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, using progressive training methodologies and dynamic coaching styles.
Kids Jiu Jitsu training at 10th Planet Poway focuses on teamwork, self-control, and learning the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun and nurturing environment. Kids Muay Thai classes are designed specifically for kids and teach focus and respect while building strong striking foundations. The program focuses on instilling confidence in kids and enhancing fitness for adults, and 10th Planet Poway Jiu Jitsu prides itself on being a family-friendly environment that believes martial arts are for everyone.
10th Planet Poway students can train under Eddie Bravo Black Belts Kevin Berbrich, Geo “Freakahhzoid” Martinez, and Richie “Boogeyman” Martinez. The leadership team includes Kevin Berbrich as head instructor at 10th Planet Poway, with Geo “Freakahhzoid” Martinez and Richie “Boogeyman” Martinez serving as co-owners of the 10th Planet Freaks. The mission of 10th Planet Poway Jiu Jitsu is to provide the best instruction to each and every one of its students and help them reach their goals. Showers are available at the facility.
