The program’s mission states that its fun-filled, action-packed, musically inspired dance programs promote creative expression and instill a love for dance, and that classes provide professional instruction at every level while supporting each dancer's physical, social and emotional well being. According to the mission, classes are held in a safe and nurturing environment that encourages friendships and family values, and the program leaves competitions aside, focusing on the joy of dance and movement. The mission also states the philosophy "Every Dancer is a Star!" and describes creating life-long memories of stage experiences, with the hope of offering this experience to many more students in the future.
Community involvement includes Ms. Debbora teaching dance for several San Diego County private schools for many years and providing child performers for the internationally renowned Moscow Classical Ballet's U.S. "Nutcracker" for 10 seasons. Community involvement for Ms. Kellie includes offering the program through the City of Temecula, teaching for Ballet Society of Fallbrook, San Elijo Dance Academy and City of San Marcos, and touring with Palomar College as a member of the Encore Dance Company, performing at Palomar College Galas and other special events throughout Southern California between 1997–2005.
