Poway Youth Lacrosse offers Monday Night Clinics, a Summer lacrosse Camp, and January Preseason Workouts. The Monday Night Clinics in 2026 are scheduled for 7/13, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24, and 8/31 from 7:00pm to 8:45pm, with no clinics on 7/20 and 7/27. The 2026 Summer lacrosse Camp runs July 20–24 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Monday night clinics on select dates and a week-long summer camp with full-day sessions
• Price: $10/clinic PYL donation suggested.
Poway Youth Lacrosse is a registered non-profit organization with over 30 years of history. The program is dedicated to introducing the youth of Poway to the sport of lacrosse and coaching under the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance. It is a community-based lacrosse program with teams for boys, or anyone who wants to play boys-rules lacrosse, in K–8th grade. Poway Youth Lacrosse is a USA Lacrosse member program and participates in the San Diego Youth Lacrosse Association. The program teaches boys-rules lacrosse, and many Poway Youth Lacrosse players eventually go on to play at Poway High and in college. Families new to the sport are directed to the USA Lacrosse Equipment Guide, and those new to lacrosse are invited to email [email protected] to try lacrosse. For girls interested in the girls game, the program directs families to the Rancho Bernardo girls program at https://www.rbylax.com/. Poway Youth Lacrosse plays on world class lacrosse facilities with access to two lighted sports turf playing surfaces and shares updates on Instagram at @powayyouthlacrosse.
