WeEMBRACE Enrichment Programs offers free classes for individuals with different abilities, along with in-person enrichment programs, social activities, holiday parties, and talent shows. The program includes adaptive sports such as Adaptive Basketball and an Adaptive Sports program to play sports like basketball and soccer. It also hosts events including a Dance-a-thon, an Inclusive 5K Walk/Run, an Annual Sports Day, and the Embrace Stars talent show.

WeEMBRACE Enrichment Programs includes a Buddy Match program where volunteers are paired with an individual with different abilities who has similar interests, and buddies meet once a week, currently virtually due to COVID-19. The Buddy Match program is meant to improve communication skills and increase awareness of neurodiversity. The organization also offers seminars and workshops for parents and WhatsApp support groups for parents, professionals, and well-wishers.
WeEMBRACE was founded in 2018 and is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit support organization. Its mission is to provide a complete and comprehensive support system for the families of children, adults, and seniors with different abilities by creating opportunities and promoting inclusion in areas such as employment, education, housing, recreation, and leisure. The organization states that it wants to build a loving and all-inclusive community that allows families to network with each other, get information about available resources, and connect with the community at large while celebrating neurodiversity.
The leadership team includes Cofounder and President/CEO Meena Kalyanasundaram, Cofounder and Chief Financial Officer Som Sundararajan, Advisory Board member Aparna Agarwal, Board Members Satish Pallapottu, Akila Dharmalingam, Nithya Ramachandran, and Srinivas Konchada, and Website Manager Amish Gupta. Meena holds an MBA and an MS in Special Education; Som holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Nithya has an MS in Computer Application; and Srinivas holds an MS degree in Computer Science and an MBA with a focus on leadership.
