Bruddas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Youth Classes

Bruddas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Youth Classes offers youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in gi classes listed as “youth (gi)” and “youth all levels (gi).” The program is part of a broader schedule that also includes adult all levels (gi), adult all levels (no gi), and adult open mat sessions. Participants are instructed to wear comfortable workout clothes and will be barefoot on the mats.

• Schedule: Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, and Saturday from 7:30am to 10:00am, with additional youth all levels (gi) options on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.

Established in 1997, Bruddas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is described as one of the original, longest-running Gracie Jiu-Jitsu academies in Northern California and notes that “kids are our specialty” and “Sacramento's best Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.” The program is led by Professor Mario Cerezo, a 4th Degree Black Belt under 7th Degree Black Belt Master Charles Gracie, who has been a black belt instructor for over 20 years and has produced more than 15 black belts.
