About
Ohana Mixed Martial Arts is a sparring school where students practice sparring as a core part of their training. The belt system in ranks is earned through the development of specific moves, combinations, and techniques in a sparring environment. The Ohana Way includes the concepts of memorization, technique, accuracy, speed, and power.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Contact hours Monday–Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with additional hours Monday–Friday and Sundays from 3:45 PM to 8:00 PM
All students at Ohana Mixed Martial Arts are required to do their part for the community, as community service goes hand-in-hand with training at the program. Age groups are organized as Kids 4–7, Kids 8–12, and Teens & Adults. The program offers a free trial option with the invitation to “Try us out for free.”
