Rancho Cordova Family Taekwondo Academy

Rancho Cordova Family Taekwondo Academy offers Taekwondo for Kids, Taekwondo for Teens & Adults, and Family Taekwondo. The kids program is described as fun, engaging, and motivating, and it includes training in focus, self-esteem, self-confidence, and multiple life skills. Family Taekwondo classes let family members train together and learn practical self defense while exercising.

• Taekwondo For Teens & Adults — Teens & Adults · Ideal for self-improvement, learning self defense skills, and getting into great shape. No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, you're always welcome to train at our academy.
• Family Taekwondo — Family · Classes are designed for the family to bond and train together. The whole family can learn practical self defense while exercising in a fun and safe way.

About the provider

Grand Master Rankins started his training in 1968, joined the USAF military in 1969, and opened the Rancho Cordova school in 1983. He tested for 9th Dan Black Belt on September 26, 2020. The academy’s mission is helping the community become stronger, healthier, and more confident through training in Taekwondo, with emphasis on education, good character, self defense, citizenship, self discipline, confidence, and personal development physically, emotionally, and mentally.
