Roots & Wings offers after-school programs for ages 14 to 18 and Teen Empowerment for ages 14 to 18. Teen Empowerment is described as professional development and is flexible and adapted to the interests and passions of the group. The program also offers Summer Day Camp for pre-k through 6th grade and Farm Camp, including Little Sprouts for ages 4–5, Gardeners for ages 6–8, and Jr. Farmers for ages 9–12. Little Sprouts costs $175 and runs from 9–11:30am.
