Younique Fitness offers gymnastics, dance lessons, pilates, yoga, sports conditioning, strength and resistance training, joint stability and mobility exercises focused on balance and flexibility, and functional interval training. Gymnastics activities include artistic gymnastics on floor, uneven bars, vault, and balance beam. Dance choreography includes contemporary, jazz, ballet, artistic floor routines, and group events.

Younique Fitness is led by Coach Tamara Tangherlini. The program’s mission statement is: “At Younique Fitness, we believe gymnastics is the foundation for a lifetime of confidence, coordination, and courage.” Staff credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology (Wellness Promotion) from Cal State University of Fullerton (2010), NCCPT Personal Trainer Certification (2005–2011), ACE Group Fitness Certification (2018), USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, and personal trainer insurance provided through IDEA. Credentials also include recognition as World Elite Gymnastics Team Coach of the Year in 2017. The program features personalized coaching, a personalized and supportive approach to gymnastics, and a creative, supportive learning environment with creative, engaging learning experiences tailored to age, ability, and individual goals. Programs are thoughtfully designed to spark a lasting motivation for movement, increase strength, flexibility, and coordination, and focus on fostering confidence and mental toughness.
