Palos Verdes Strings offers Preparatory Group Violin, Group Lessons for Violin and Viola, Ensemble I and II, and Advanced Levels. The program also provides private and semi-private lessons for violin, viola, cello, and string bass, along with distance learning lessons through Skype and ZOOM. Students need to supply their instrument, music, music stand, and pencil, and materials and violin rentals are available for purchase.

Palos Verdes Strings was founded in 1999 by Michele Nardone Ratajczak. The program includes lessons, degree certifications, and performance groups, with private and semi-private lessons available in person, and lessons continued globally through Skype and ZOOM. It serves Southern California South Bay communities including Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Hermosa Beach, and welcomes homeschool students who are interested in becoming serious students in fine arts. Palos Verdes Strings is a vendor with Inspire Charter Schools and private homeschool organizations.
Director Michele Nardone Ratajczak is a graduate of the USC Thornton School of Music in Violin–Viola Performance, a Royal Conservatory Area Representative and Founder for Palos Verdes/Manhattan Beach, CA since 2013, and a founding and certifying strings teacher with the Conservatory of Music since 2013. She holds a Master Level 10 Violin Teacher Training Degree from the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is a television and motion picture recording artist. The leadership team includes Michele Nardone Ratajczak as Director, Executive Director, Instructor, Recording Artist, Performer, and Founder of Palos Verdes Strings (1999–present), and Monique Nardone as Artistic Director and Teacher.
