Northern California Child Development, Inc. (NCCDI) Head Start and Early Head Start offers Head Start classes, including full day or part day classes, for children from birth to age five. NCCDI has served Tehama County since 1965 and has over 60 years of service in the community. It is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation with nationally accredited classrooms. The mission of NCCDI is enriching children’s lives, empowering families, and engaging the community.
