The Creative Arts Program is part of AbilityPath, which offers support services for children, adults, and seniors with developmental disabilities and their families in the greater Bay Area. All programs in the organization’s service portfolio are designed to prepare children and adults to actively participate in their schools, communities, workplaces, and at home. The Creative Arts Program is offered within an organization that spans services from early intervention for infants to community access and job training for adults and seniors.
AbilityPath’s mission is “Celebrating neurodiversity and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through innovative, inclusive programs and community partnerships.” The organization is led by CEO Bryan Neider. AbilityPath holds CARF International accreditation, which recognizes a program’s quality, transparency, and commitment to the satisfaction of the persons served. AbilityPath is a member of the California Disability Services Association (CDSA), a statewide association representing more than 100 community-based organizations that support and empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
