Powerhouse MMA Academy offers kids MMA/Taekwondo, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self-defense, and MMA for kids as part of its training options. The program is part of a larger facility that also provides personal training, cardio training, strength training, women’s self-defense empowerment, and MMA for adults. Powerhouse Gym Elite, which includes Powerhouse MMA Academy, was founded in 1994. Its mission is to offer a clean gym with great equipment at a reasonable price in a safe and friendly environment.
