About

I Flip Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics, acrobatics (acro), trampoline and tumbling, and ballet classes, along with a competitive gymnastics team. The program also offers summer camps, private coaching, and special needs gymnastics classes at the I Flip Gymnastics facility.

• Schedule: Operating hours Monday–Friday 10:00 am–8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am–3:00 pm, and Sunday 9:00 am–3:00 pm

Founded in 2023, I Flip Gymnastics states a mission of providing a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can explore gymnastics, with an emphasis on discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. The program offers special needs classes and one-on-one private work with children with different disabilities. It serves children and families from El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, and beyond.

The founder and CEO, Siavash, has numerous first-place competitive titles, recognition as an All-Star gymnast, and has led teams that frequently secured first place in competitions, including against Stanford at state championships. Director Natali Kasprowicz has 22 years of coaching experience, was an Elite Level 10 Rhythmic Gymnast for 8 years, a member of the USA Group National Team, trained at Olympic Training Centers in Lake Placid and Colorado Springs and in Gdańsk and Moscow with national teams, is a two-time Junior Olympian, and competed twice at Visa National Championships. Head of Recreational Gymnastics Austin has two decades of experience in gymnastics as an athlete and coach for recreational athletes and a competitive Trampoline and Tumbling team, and has managed two commercial gyms. Acro Head Coach and Director Lauren Dugas has over 15 years of coaching experience, was a State, Regional, and National Champion acro athlete, worked as a professional stunt double and water skier, earned a springboard diving scholarship at UC Davis, holds degrees in Psychology and Human Development along with additional degrees in Deaf Studies and American Sign Language Interpreting, and has over 10 years of experience as a professional sign language interpreter. Recreational and team coach Kyle Ireland-Tran was a Level 10 club gymnast and holds CPR and First-Aid Certification from the Red Cross. The leadership team also includes Recreational and Team Coach Haleigh S. and Team Coach Riley P.
