Ranch Montessori Schools and Wayland Montessori offer an authentic Montessori program that includes discovery and exploration, sensorial experiences, and hands-on learning experiences. Children take part in activities that focus on developing motor skills, language acquisition and language development, practical life skills, independence, sensory exploration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. At Roseville Ranch Montessori, children also have access to soccer lessons, dance lessons, arts, culture, nature exploration, and an environment with chickens and goats.

Ranch Montessori Schools and Wayland Montessori operate in secure facilities with safe and stimulating environments, including a Nido environment specially designed for infants, Pre-Primary classrooms, and Primary program classrooms. The program follows a fully implemented, authentic Montessori approach with individualized learning experiences, customized learning plans for each child, and a focus on the education of the whole child, including social, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.
