About
Flying Frog Academy Camps offers parkour skills, group games, parkour specific games and activities, and nerf games and battles. Camp days can also include arts and crafts, sit down games and activities indoors, and time to play with balls and other toys in the parking lot. No previous parkour experience is needed, and nerf equipment is provided, with no electronics such as phones or tablets allowed during camp time, including lunch and breaks.

Campers have one 30-minute lunch break and usually two 10–15 minute snack breaks. Food must be brought from home, including lunch and a snack, and a water bottle is recommended to use with the drinking fountain and water bottle filling station. Campers are required to wash or sanitize their hands before any lunch or snack time and are asked to wear comfortable clothes for movement, weather-appropriate layers like a jacket if it is cold in the morning, and athletic shoes with rubbery grip for time outside in the paved parking lot. Flying Frog Academy Camps takes place in a one of a kind parkour facility that is described as Sonoma County's premier parkour gym. Flying Frog Academy was established in 2012, and its competition has partnered with @westcoast.uspk.
