Flying Frog Academy Camps

Flying Frog Academy Camps takes place at Sonoma County's premier parkour gym. The program focuses on teaching physical skills through progressive movements and the use of safety blocks and mats. Participants experience lots of movement with very little downtime, emphasizing technique specifics along with games and activities.

Established in 2012, the program fosters a respectful environment where coaches and students encourage each other to embrace challenges and work hard while having fun. The academy is involved in the community through its competition partnership with the @westcoast.uspk.
