The mission of Girl Scouts of Northern California Camps is that Girl Scouts create the world they want to live in and strive to make it better every single day, as they explore their strengths, take on new challenges, and can always be themselves, regardless of background or ability. The program is supported by adult volunteers and mentors in the local community, as well as millions of Girl Scout alums around the world. Girl Scouts of Northern California is a 501(c)(3) organization. The council’s CEO has been named one of the most Influential Women in Bay Area Business. The Heritage Committee connected with this council collects, conserves, and catalogs items related to Girl Scout history to share with Girl Scouts of today.
