Rohnert Park Gymnastics offers Bronze + Silver Teams, Gold Team, and Platinum + Diamond Teams. The Bronze + Silver Teams practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00-6:00 PM in Fall 2026 and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30-5:30 PM in Summer 2026. The Gold Team practices Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30-8:00 PM in Fall 2026 and Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30-8:00 PM in Summer 2026.
