Rohnert Park Soccer Club offers youth the chance to participate in both recreational and competitive soccer leagues. The program focuses on teaching soccer skills while emphasizing sportsmanship, honesty, respect, and fair play.

The club's mission is to provide a safe environment where young players can excel in soccer skills and learn the importance of physical fitness. It also aims to nurture the emotional well-being of players by teaching teamwork, determination, persistence, and hard work. Unique features of the club include a new Referee Abuse Policy and online recreational uniform ordering starting in the 2025 season.
