Rolling Hills Little League offers baseball during its spring season, with additional Summer Baseball and tournament play for eligible all-stars players. The program includes 10u, 11u, and 12u All-Stars games as part of its tournament play.
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Spring baseball season runs from February to June each year, with tournament play for eligible all-stars players extending into the summer. Registration for the spring season begins in November for players of little league ages 4 to 12.
Rolling Hills Little League has been serving the communities of Palos Verdes since 1955 and is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. It is a chartered member of Little League International and a member of California’s Little League District 36, which includes leagues in the South Bay Region of Los Angeles County in the cities of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes. The league’s Minors Field has new turf, and games can be watched live. For the Minors Field turf, practices require turf shoes or sneakers only, with no cleats allowed; for games, turf shoes or sneakers are preferred, but cleats are allowed, and no food, gum, seeds, liquids other than water, or sticky items are allowed on the field or in the dugouts, and children are asked not to play in or around the dirt mound area behind the scoreboard in left field.
Jim Bullard is the league President for the 2026 season, is a former pro pitcher, and is a pitching coach for Peninsula High's varsity baseball team; Tony Tootell is the outgoing league President, and District 36 is managed by District Administrator Dennis Drag. Rolling Hills Little League states that its mission is to be a vibrant, community-driven baseball league dedicated to fostering a positive and enriching experience for young athletes, with a focus on a safe environment, sportsmanship, athletic development, community, fun, character building, skill building, and friendships and community connections through baseball. The league’s 12U team are Section 4 Champions and District 36 Champions, and the Minors Inv team are District 36 Champions.
