Summer Camp includes weekly lessons, fun activities, games, and exciting field trips. The program also features daily café vibes, dinner nights, and day trips, with a focus on the theme “Character of the Anbiyaa: exploring the lives, struggles, and character of the Prophets.” It offers 40 Days of Summer with daily café vibes, games, dinner nights, and day trips for high school and college students to connect, unwind, and just be.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: June 5th–July 10th, every day from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, over a 40-day session
Tarbiya Institute states that it is an Islamic organization that focuses its efforts on restoring the authentic image of Islam and the empowerment of the Muslim individual through perpetual personal progress. Tarbiya provides religious and social services to the family, neighborhood, and community to bring people together and provide them with leadership and clear direction to lead a godly life. The broader Tarbiya House programming includes mentorship, regular halaqas, ongoing activities, volunteer opportunities, leadership training, classes, and camps. The leadership team for Tarbiya includes roles such as Senior Imam and Co-Founder Imam Azeez, multiple youth directors and coordinators, operations and office managers, chaplaincy coordinators, and a board with a chair, vice chair, treasurer, and secretary.
