Northern California Institute of Golf Junior Programs offers a range of golf activities, including TOTS on the Tee, FUNdamental Movement, Little Linkers Afterschool, Little Linkers Practice and Play, Junior Linkers Practice and Play, Little Linkers Development Tour, Junior Linker Development Tour, Competitive Pre-Teen classes, a High School program, the NCIG College Prep program, and Summer Camp Programs. Depending on the specific program, juniors take part in on-course 9-hole play, practice sessions on academy holes and the driving range, playing 9 holes on Arcade Creek, and practice focused on full swing, short game, rules, and etiquette. Instruction across the programs can include posture and grip instruction, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, simple rules and etiquette, shot selection, simple stat tracking, course management, improving scores, competitive play, monthly private lessons, group training and play, remote coaching, and supervised play on the course, often using games and activities and station-game-based learning.

Summer Camp Programs are described as action packed, are led by PGA Professionals, and use a curriculum that focuses on developing golf skills in full swing, short game, rules, and etiquette while using games and activities. Camp participants are segmented into smaller groups based on experience and age or ability level, and Modified Full Day Camps include lunch and course play unless otherwise noted, while Full Day Camps are described as including lunch unless otherwise noted, with a note stating that Full Day Camps do not include lunch. The NCIG College Prep program is described as a holistic coaching program that is the most competitive NCIG program and consists of monthly private lessons, group training and play, and remote coaching, led by coaches who have played against and coached some of the best players in the world.

The Northern California Institute of Golf Junior Programs are led by a team that includes Tom Morton and Alex Culp. Summer Camp Programs are led by PGA Professionals. The broader facility that hosts these programs is described as America’s Most Awarded Golf Facility, with a pro shop that has won numerous awards including the Golf World Top Public Golf Shop Award and is described as the largest and best-stocked pro shop in the United States. The complex includes two championship golf courses, a world-class teaching facility with over 15 golf professionals, a 100-stall lighted driving range with over 100 stalls, five practice greens, and two bunkers, as well as the Arcade Creek layout, which is described as a more flexible, beginner-friendly golf course. The complex also provides a three-hole academy site used with the First Tee Program, the Special Olympics, and other special programs designed specifically for golfers with disabilities.
