Ralph Gracie Sacramento offers Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Kids classes run one hour, and adult classes include gi and no-gi training.

• Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — 14 and up · Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM · Women-only class led by Katie Dees. First class free. Membership includes access to other adult classes as well.

About the provider

Manny Gonzales started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2003, began teaching at age 16, and received his black belt from Ricardo Guimaraes in July 2012. He is a 3rd Degree Black Belt under Ricardo Guimaraes, with lineage tracing through Royler Gracie and the Gracie family.

First class is free. Adult BJJ is $185 per month. Kids BJJ is $185 per month, with each additional child at $150 per month. Women's BJJ price is not stated. Adults 14 and up; kids 5 and up; women's class 14 and up. Adults can drop in for $30 per class. Competition is optional for adults and youth. Women-only classes have no men training alongside students.
