DART Swimming

DART Swimming is a competitive year-round swimming program. Participants take part in swimming and team-building events. DART hosts a variety of fun team-building events throughout the year, and the program has a new sponsor, Mizuno. Athletes of varying levels have diverse athletic opportunities, including training for Elite levels and benefiting from collegiate athletic opportunities, along with additional opportunities for personal growth outside of regular team activities.

DART Swimming states that it is dedicated to empowering young people to commit to the pursuit of excellence and self-improvement, and through these pursuits to acquire attributes such as integrity, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. DART Swimming is described as a leader and a role model in USA Swimming. The leadership team includes Billy Doughty (Head Coach/CEO & National Group Coach), Carolee Gregg (Director of Dart Swim School, Summerdarts and Seasonal Programming), Jamie Kiarie (COO & Davis Lead Age Group Coach), Reed Miller (CFO, Davis Site Director, & National/Senior Group Coach), Brian Nabeta (National Group Coach), Nolan Rogers (Head Age Group Coach), Scott Weltz (Natomas Site Director & National/Senior Group Coach), Ricky Silva (Solano Site Director & Senior Group Coach), and Tom Higdon (Davis Lead Age Group Coach). Additional coaching staff include Joel Amezcua (Natomas Age Group Coach), Jill Olson (Natomas Lead Age Group Coach), Kai Nabeta (Solano Senior Coach), Hollie Edwards (Natomas Age Group Coach), Thomas Locke (Natomas Age Group Coach), Jason Hein-Gilley (Davis Developmental & Summerdarts Coach), Kerry Halsted (Davis Age Group Coach), Liz Sheridan (Davis Age Group Coach), Joan Crow (Davis Age Group Coach), Katelyn Nickerson (Davis Age Group Coach), Griffin Henderson (Davis Age Group Coach), Ethan Porter (Natomas Age Group Coach), and Marie Alamedia (Davis Age Group Coach).
